Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms establish the conditions for use of Mold (the "Service") provided by Leach Inc. (the "Company"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service is a platform for generating and developing software such as web applications using AI.

The Company may change, add, or discontinue the content of the Service without prior notice.

Article 3 (Account)

  1. Users shall register accurate and up-to-date information when using the Service.
  2. Users shall properly manage their account information and shall not allow third parties to use it.
  3. The Company assumes no responsibility for damages arising from unauthorized use of accounts.

Article 4 (Data Usage)Important

To improve the quality of the Service, the following data is used for training:

  • Prompts (instructions) entered by users
  • Uploaded files (PDFs, images, etc.)
  • Generated application code and configuration
  1. The Company may use prompts entered by users, uploaded files, and generated content as training data for machine learning after anonymization, for the purpose of improving the Service and developing new features.
  2. This usage applies to all users of the Service, regardless of plan type.
  3. The Company will make reasonable efforts to remove personally identifiable information from training data.
  4. Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment before uploading confidential information to the Service.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

  1. Copyright of applications generated by users through the Service belongs to the users.
  2. Intellectual property rights related to the Service itself (platform, UI, systems, etc.) belong to the Company.
  3. Derivative intellectual property generated from data used by the Company for training under Article 4 belongs to the Company.

Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order
  • Acts that infringe the rights of the Company or third parties
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  • Creation of malware using the Service
  • Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service.
  2. The Company does not guarantee the operation, security, or quality of code generated by AI.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Changes and Termination)

The Company may change the content of or terminate the Service without prior notice to users. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. Changed Terms shall take effect upon posting on the Service.
